Two Roads Hotels is a company under the Destination Hotels umbrella, now owned by Hyatt. We spent time throughout each year making small, iterative improvements to their website to help it to convert better. The booking widget is one example of how we did just that.

We first assessed other booking widgets on other hotel sites and booking sites. Then we created several variations of how the booking widget can be designed, then tested them to get an idea of where the pain points were and which options might work better than others.
