Iterative Improvements

Geisinger

Geisinger is a large health system located in Pennsylvania. They needed assistance optimizing the user experience of their website to more efficiently flow their various types of users through their content and help them achieve their goals.

To tackle this project, we broke the tasks into iterative chunks using Agile methodology. We swiftly researched and designed user experiences to improve piece by piece. Many tasks and activities we completed together included card sorting, competitive analysis, feature comparison charts, wireframing, and design.
